Craig Levinson completed his undergraduate education at Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1994. Following his graduation from Knox College, Craig pursued a second undergraduate degree to advance his scientific training. Account Management at Cytiva and GE Healthcare Life Sciences

In 2014, Craig joined Cytiva (formerly GE Healthcare Life Sciences) as an Account Manager. He was responsible for a two-state territory that included pharmaceutical companies, emerging biotechnology firms, and contract manufacturing organizations.

His accounts included Eli Lilly, Catalent, Genezen, IBRI, Elanco, Beckman Coulter, Exelead, Purdue University, Indiana University, and KP Pharmaceuticals. Between 2019 and 2020, Craig successfully grew emerging biotechnology accounts in his territory, closing more than $5 million in new business.

Craig partnered with the general manager of service to develop a strategy to regain service contract business at Eli Lilly, valued at $1 million. He also collaborated with local teams to penetrate cell and gene therapy accounts. This collaboration led to the closure of a $2 million integrated solutions opportunity at Genezen, with potential for further expansion.

Strategic Account Leadership at Cytiva

Craig Levinson of Carmel, Indiana, later transitioned to a Strategic Account Manager role at Cytiva, assuming responsibility for major global accounts, including Eli Lilly, Takeda, and Fujifilm Diosynth, within his assigned territory.

One of his most significant accomplishments during this period was the successful execution of a global master supply agreement with Eli Lilly. This agreement had been under negotiation for five years before his involvement and carried an estimated lifetime value of approximately $200 million.

At Takeda’s Brooklyn Park, Minnesota site, Craig supported the design-in of multiple technologies, including lab-scale AKTA systems, mixers, and Axichrom columns. These technologies supported two commercial manufacturing processes with a combined value exceeding $10 million.

Craig also played a key role in delivering innovative solutions at Eli Lilly. He supported the design-in of AKTA PCC systems and PrismA resin, positioning Eli Lilly as one of the earliest adopters of PrismA. This resin is now used across multiple late-phase processes, with cumulative sales exceeding $50 million.

Regional Sales Leadership at Repligen

In 2022, Craig Levinson of Carmel, Indiana, joined Repligen as West Coast Regional Manager. In this role, he managed a team of nine bioprocess account managers who sold the complete Repligen product portfolio across the region.
